John, the comments are a reflection of a society where people are now taught that they should not respect authority, they can have anything and everything they want without having to work for it, that they are all 'special' and if they cry long enough they'll get it (ask any baby) and that if they don't get it, it's somebody else's fault not theirs; they must be victims of discrimination.

Nobody doubts that bullying exists, and where it does it is unacceptable, but being asked to just do the job that you have been paid to do, with agreed objectives etc. surely can't be bullying.
