This came as a complete shock when I read it ..... NOT! The whole Judicial system is on its knees and its the poor 'Joe public' that has to feel the force of it not a winging Judge earning in excess of £100K a year. I would walk up a flight of 100 stairs a day if I was on that sort of money.
