Make lasting memories - remember Alzheimer Scotland in your will and leave a lasting legacy.
After your loved ones been catered for, leaving Alzheimer Scotland a gift in your will is a lasting and effective way of supporting those living with a diagnosis.
An estimated 90,000 people are currently living with dementia throughout Scotland, and this figure is set to double in the next 25 years. More than ever, our services are needed to support those who are diagnosed and their families. Your gift will make a huge contribution to providing these services, both now and in the future.
Our Dementia Advisors are committed to both raising awareness and giving much needed support to those living with a diagnosis and their supporting carers. We support Dementia Nurses and Nurse Consultants, who work tirelessly to ensure that the best care is provided in hospitals and wards throughout the country. Furthermore, our Helpline runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, available to everyone and anyone needing advice, support and information.
We also want to make a real difference to the future; we need to understand more about dementia, search for cures, discover more about what puts people at risk, and what we can do to make things better once it has developed. Research is our legacy for the future.
We need £10,000 a day to fund our vital work. Any gift, large or small, will go a huge way to furthering our work.
