The BACR is a UK-registered charity uniting and supporting cancer scientists and cutting-edge cancer research in the UK and beyond. With your help, we have been able to increase our contribution to our member’s travel to conferences, meetings and specialist training as well as continuing to host our own UK-based meetings. Your assistance is truly appreciated, especially during the financial and economic hardship we have experienced in the last few years.
We provide a space for cancer researchers to meet, network, learn from each other and collaborate, whether a seasoned researcher leading their lab, an undergraduate or PhD student.
Moreover, we create a place where researchers can showcase their talent and recognise their contributions to cancer research and patient advocacy with a variety of prizes and awards. We would not be able to do what we love to do the most without your continuous support.
