Registered Charity No: 313952 (England & Wales).
Created as a national memorial for Sir Winston Churchill on his death in 1965, the Churchill Fellowships offer a life-changing chance for ordinary people from all walks of life to travel the world in search of solutions for today’s most pressing problems.
Every UK citizen can apply, regardless of age, qualifications or background. They just need a passion for their chosen cause and a determination to make a difference in their field. Whether they are a paramedic or a professor, a teacher or a technologist – or anything else at all – we will fund them to visit the best projects in the world and meet the leading experts in their field. When they come home, we help them to put their findings into practice and improve communities and professions across the UK.
We’ve been doing this for 55 years, for over 5,800 people so far. Churchill Fellows can be found in every area of the UK and every part of society, bringing the world’s best solutions to local and national issues. Fellows learn from the world, to strengthen the UK.
A gift in your will can ensure that future generations continue to benefit from these unique opportunities.
If you would like to discuss ways in which your gift could make a difference, please contact us or visit www.wcmt.org.uk to learn more about the Churchill Fellowships.
