International firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) says it has received approval to operate in Hong Kong and Singapore following its creation by a merger earlier this year.

Previously, the Hong Kong office operated in association with Haley Ho and Partners. That firm will now come under the BCLP brand in both jurisdictions.

BCLP was set up after partners at Berwin Leighton Paiser and US firm Bryan Cave approved a merger in February this year. The new firm launched in the US and UK in April. In Hong Kong and Singapore the firm will specialise in real estate, energy & infrastructure, litigation & and private wealth asset protection.
