Nova Care Consultants is a widely trusted, multi-award-winning independent private social work, nursing and occupational therapy practice providing services across England and Wales. With locality hubs in Cardiff, Hampshire, London, Liverpool and Nottingham, we are never more than a few hours away from you or your client.

We support solicitors, counsel and legal practitioners with clear, defensible assessments in complex health, welfare and capacity matters. We’re also a direct-access service, so we are happy to assist private clients, families, and those with legal authority (LPA or Deputyship) via direct instruction from members of the public.
