We've been supporting adults in London and the South East with learning disabilities, mental health needs and autism for 25 years. We believe in supporting each person using our services to live as independently as possible, to reach their potential, and to achieve their aspirations.

We do this through a wide range of services, such as registered care and supported living, employment support, individual and community support, wellbeing centres and work-related social enterprises. Our social enterprises employ nearly 150 people we support, paying a real wage, and acting as a vital stepping stone on the pathway to paid external employment.

People are at the heart of everything we do. All our services are designed around the needs of each person, and people we support work with us at all levels of the charity.
