National firm Royds Withy King has strengthened its London high street retail practice with the appointment of property lawyer Amie Dee.
Dee brings to the team extensive experience of acting for retail landlords and tenants on a wide range of issues including acquisitions and disposals of premises, expansions, relocations, lease renewals, surrenders, licences and re-gears.
The retail team at Royds Withy King acts for some of the biggest names on the high street including Monsoon Accessorize, Smyths Toys and Scribbler. Amie’s clients have included many household names including Footlocker, New Look, Specsavers and Costa Coffee.
