Firm hire: Regulatory partner joins Browne Jacobson

Law firm Browne Jacobson has appointed experienced regulatory partner Jeremy Irving as Head of Financial Services.

Jeremy was previously a partner at international law firm, DWF.

An expert in FCA and PRA regulatory issues, Jeremy advises insurance and financial markets participants on both compliance and legal risk management, including as to: authorisations and exemptions; governance; solvency and capital; product development and distribution; reporting and notification; and investigations and enforcement. Recent projects have involved the Senior Managers & Certification Regime, the Market Abuse Regulation, the Insurance Distribution Directive, and Solvency II.
