Law firm DMH Stallard has appointed directors John Brindley and Tondra Thom to its planning consultancy.
Brindley, who joins from CMYK, has over 30 years of experience as a chartered town planner. He specialises in the residential sector, advising consortiums on large-scale mixed-use developments and managing the planning process from initial site appraisals to securing approvals. His expertise also includes promoting sites through local and neighbourhood plans, as well as leading appeal strategies.
Thom, who moves from Parker Dann, has 20 years' experience spanning both the public and private sectors. Her expertise includes planning policy, appeals, and strategic development advice. She has played a pivotal role in leading major residential and commercial schemes, navigating complex planning environments with a results-driven approach.
