Clarke Willmott’s social housing team is one of the largest of its kind in the UK and advises an extensive client base. The new appointments will help the firm to maintain its high profile, and enhance its services within this high-growth sector.

Anne Hayward, partner and head of social housing, said: ‘Clarke Willmott has earned a strong reputation for growing and developing its team through high-profile appointments and fresh ideas.

‘We have experienced a considerable uplift in all types of work within property development; the addition of both Jonathans allows us to build on our expertise in this area and offer a wider range of services to our clients.’
