International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has strengthened its financial services regulatory and investment funds team in London with the hire of funds specialist Karl Behrouz.
Behrouz advises institutional investors on fund structures and the formation of investment vehicles with additional expertise in managing investment portfolios. He has worked alongside venture capital fund sponsors, alternative asset managers, pension funds and high net worth individuals.
Behrouz joins Trowers from the London branch of New York firm Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle.
