Morton Fraser has set up an Employee Mobility Unit for the relocation industry. Gordon Kerr has joined the UK law firm as director of the new unit. The unit delivers a range of legal and wider compliance services to the relocation industry, including immigration, contracts, employment, tenancy services, data protection, tax reporting and anti-bribery.
Gordon is relocating to Morton Fraser where he originally joined in 1976 and became a partner in 1981. His legal career has been spent mainly in the relocation industry, latterly as a director of team relocations. Based mainly in Morton Fraser’s London office, Gordon and his team will provide clients with an industry-focused resource for their legal and compliance needs in the UK and Europe.
