South East law firm DMH Stallard has appointed partner Tulia Ristow and senior associate Ona Proctor to its real estate team in Guildford.
Ristow joins from Morr & Co, while Proctor moves from Howard Kennedy.
Ristow, an expert in equity release and real estate finance, is fluent in English and Spanish. Her practice includes domestic and international clients with interests in the UK property market. She acts for first time buyers through to private investors managing large portfolios, as well as companies and lenders.
Proctor is a bilingual Korean solicitor who specialises in secured lending and high-value finance transactions. She advises investors for acquisition, disposal, financing, and development of all asset types, and on the finance side, lenders including international banks, bridging lenders and UK clearing banks. She is also experienced in project managing Korean client matters.
