The Law Society's advocacy training sub-committee has a vacancy.
The sub-committee deals with the approval and monitoring of organisations providing the higher courts qualification and exercises the power of the Law Society under the Higher Courts Qualification Regulations 2000.
Meetings are held in London about three to four times a year.
Applications are invited from individuals who understand, in particular, the interests of City firms that undertake advocacy in the higher courts in either civil or criminal matters.
