Top-100 full-service law firm Winckworth Sherwood has promoted three female senior associates in its latest partner round. The appointments, effective 6 April, come from the education, employment and parliamentary practice groups.
The new partners are Alexandra Dillistone in parliamentary, Louise Lawrence in employment and Anna Shadbolt in education.
Winckworth Sherwood managing partner, Roger Fitton, said: ’It is great to see our firm growing and the partnership evolving through internal promotion. Promotion to partnership is a recognition of many things, including the quality of service provided to our clients, but it also carries a great responsibility to maintain and enhance the firm’s reputation and success.’
Winckworth Sherwood is now approaching gender parity at partnership level, with just under half of the 60-strong cohort now female.
