Most mobile deal: Bristol firm Osborne Clarke advised water services and infrastructure management group AWG on the sale for 35 million of its vehicle leasing business, Powermarque, to Venson Holdings, a subsidiary of vehicle outsourcing company Venson Group, represented by niche London commercial firm Wallace & Partners.

Most technological deal: Black Country firm Higgs & Sons advised Computeach International, the UK's largest supplier of IT training via distance learning, on its purchase for an undisclosed sum of the entire issued share capital of London-based IT training business SkillsIT, which was advised by central London firm Wedlake Bell.

Most edible deal: National firm firm Pinsents is advising newly incorporated company Town Centre Restaurants on its 16 million management buy-out of London and southern England restaurant chain Giardino Group, advised by London firm Howard Kennedy.
