Money deal: Thames Valley firm Boyes Turner advised Guardian News & Media on the sale of personal finance magazine Money Observer to Moneywise Publishing. Scottish firm Maclay Murray & Spens acted for Moneywise.
Raw deal: City firm Travers Smith advised Primary Capital and other shareholders on the management buyout of the Yo! Sushi restaurant chain.
