False travel documents - prosecution of asylum seekers - art.31 protection
The Law Society is seeking information on whether those claiming asylum or who may have an asylum claim continue to be prosecuted for offences involving the obtaining, use or possession of false travel documents, and how widespread such prosecutions are.
