Winckworth Sherwood and Eversheds are acting as parliamentary agents for the controversial HS2 project, detailed plans for which were laid out in a 49,910-page hybrid bill.

The firms were appointed by the Department for Transport in May 2012 to work on phase one of the project and see the bill through to royal assent. The firms declined to reveal the size of the ‘large team’. Legal costs of the £50bn project have not been disclosed.
