Housing specialists plan 12-hour 'house party' in Deptford

A group of London's specialist housing solicitors are in for a late night this weekend, when they join up with clients to 'purchase and party' through the night.Addleshaw Booth & Co's conveyancing arm Enact, and housing developers St James Homes, will hold the 'house party' at the new 'One SE8' apartment block in Deptford, south-east London.

The aim is to inform potential buyers about the 120 new homes and close the deal for those who decide to go ahead and buy.

The Addleshaws legal team will be available to take deposits and process contracts.

Lawyers and clients will then celebrate with a 12-hour party, ending at 9am.Paula Rohan
