Diversity is a key issue for the profession at the moment, so we were a little bemused when we received this picture of three newly qualifieds at Cardiff firms Dolmans.
Could it be that the firm demands that all of its female lawyers have shoulder-length dark hair, with right partings, apply lip gloss, and wear dark suits with blouse collars out, together with discreet necklaces? A spokeswoman for the firm assures us, however, that this is not a sneaky effort to enforce a particular dress code and that (from left) Natasha Williams, Judith Francis and Anna Morgan 'are different, honestly'.
