The firm's defamation unit pledges to contact the client within two days to discuss their options in a free initial consultation.

In a separate development, the DIY divorce site has also added well-known divorce lawyer Simone Katzenberg of London firm Ross & Craig to its experts' panel to answer questions on divorce via a personale-mail.
