Judicial inconsistency
The Law Society's last Woolf survey identified that solicitors are having difficulties with inconsistency of judicial approach under the Civil Procedure Rules 1998.
To examine this problem more closely the Law Society needs practical examples of problems encountered resulting from judicial inconsistency.
