These regulations increase the minimum hourly rate of the national minimum wage applying to young workers who have reached 18 but are not yet 22 from 3.00 to 3.20.

Financial servicesGordon v J B Wheatley & Co (a Firm) and Another, The Times, 6 June 2000 (CA)Where a solicitor failed to advise a claimant that he had set up a scheme which could be considered to be a collective investment scheme within the Financial Services Act 1986, the claimant sustained actual loss each time an investment was made.
The claim was therefore made out of time.
