A small correction to your article on the main parties' approach to legal issues, in connection with home information packs. In fact, there is a Conservative Party manifesto commitment to ‘abolish home information packs, which have made a significant contribution to problems in our housing market’ (p75). The Liberal Democrat manifesto pledges to ‘scrap burdensome home information packs, retaining the requirement for homes to have an energy performance certificate’ (p78). I can't seem to find anything of relevance in the Labour Party manifesto.
