marketing future ; ; ;The first four graduates of City firm Herbert Smiths unique trainee marketing programme are set to complete their two-year training contracts this month.
Barry Jackson, head of marketing, said the four will go into the practice in January as researchers.
The firm has added five new trainees for the third year of the programme, on which they spend six months in each of the three main marketing areas planning, research and information, and communication and design and one six-month seat in the practice.
;Marketing trainees are also placed in the firms overseas offices.
