So, Countrywide Property Lawyers have 'worked hard to build good working relations with estate agents' (see [2004] Gazette, 5 August, 14).
Have I missed something? How hard do you have to work when you are part of the same organisation which includes hundreds of estate agents' offices, which are mandated to sell your services to their clients?
