Not that kind of massageOur news that London firm Teacher Stern Selby has appointed a team of 'lifestyle professionals' to offer stressed lawyers relaxation in the form of art therapy, feng shui, massages and so on caught the attention of the national newspapers last week.
Central to the day of lifestyle support is an 'acupressure chair massage, from dynamic practitioner, Alice Whitney', who apparently 'uses her skills to boost circulation, increase alertness and promote a sense of well being'.
But before the public imagination runs totally riot at the thought of revitalised lawyers leaping around in their complementary towels, the press release was terribly careful to point out that the massage takes place while the lawyer is fully clothed.
