John Szepietowski practising within the firm of De Verney Brooke Taylor & CoOn 30 August 2001 the compliance and supervision committee of the Law Society resolved to intervene in the practice of John Szepietowski, who was a partner within the firm De Verney Brooke Taylor & Co of Staple Inn Buildings South, London WC1V 7PZ.Note that the resolution to intervene was in no way directed at Mr Szepietowski's partner, Mr John Ioannou.Nigel Coates of Russell Cook Potter & Chapman of 2 Putney Hill, Putney, London SW15 6AB has been appointed to act as the Law Society's agent and he took possession of all Mr Szepietowski's practice papers on 6 September 2001.Following the intervention, a disposal of all Mr Szepietowski's files and client monies has taken place to his partner, Mr John Ioannou of De Verney Brooke Taylor & Co.
