With effect from the date of notification of its order, a committee of the OSS on 22 August 2001 ordered that no solicitor employ or remunerate the following person in connection with practice as a solicitor, except in accordance with the written permission of the Law Society for such period and subject to such conditions as might be specified in the permission (section 43(2) of the Solicitors Act 1974):Stephen Meachemof Y Ddol Bronant, North Aberystwyth, Ceredigion SY23 4TF (applications CDT 13123-1999/VP, CDT 18693-2000/VP, CDT 18694/VP).

The above orders may be subject to review by the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal.
