A service enabling people to apply for probate online is now available to all executors of England and Wales wills following the success of invitation-only trials, HM Courts & Tribunals Service announced.

Acquisitive Knights

Courts reform inquiry

The House of Commons Justice Committee is inviting written submissions of up to 3,000 words to its inquiry into the HMCTS reform programme and access to justice. The deadline is 11 March.
