Radcliffes and Le Brasseur J Tickle merge in healthcare
London firms Radcliffes and Le Brasseur J Tickle have merged to form a 61-partner firm with offices in London, Leeds and Cardiff.The senior partner of the new firm, which will be known asRadcliffesLeBrasseur after themerger on 1 December, will beRadcliffes' current senior partner Robert Vallings.Specialist healthcare practice Le Brasseur J Tickle will move its London practice into Radcliffes' offices, while keeping its Leeds and Cardiff offices as they are.Radcliffes' chief executive Vincent Denham said the merger was part of the firm's long-term corporate plan.
'We have five main areas of expertise at the firm - healthcare, corporate, property, charities and private client work - and this merger will substantially strengthen our healthcare practice.'However, Mr Denham was keen to stress that the new firm would not concentrate solely on healthcare work, and indicated that further mergers could be on the cards to strengthen the other practice areas.
