The rules come into force partly on 1 February 2004; 1 March 2004; 1 April 2004 and fully on 1 May 2004.

Landlord and TenantRegulatory Reform (Business Tenancies) (England and Wales) Order 2003, SI 2003:3096: Amends the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, Part 2 and, among other things, provides that a tenancy to which Part 2 applies continues unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the act and enables the tenant to apply to the court for a new tenancy.
Comes into force on 1 June 2004.
