Risk assessment training for Law Society personal injury panel
Applicants to join the Law Societys personal injury panel and members being re-accredited to the panel must undertake a risk assessment course. The objective of the course is to ensure personal injury lawyers are able to undertake a risk assessment approach to all stages of personal injury litigation and are able to analyse that assessment. The Law Society has now agreed the criteria for the risk assessment course and seeks to approve training providers to run the course.
On request training providers will be sent details of the criteria for the courses which will outline the aims, content and method of the course.Any training establishment interested in applying to run the risk assessment course and requiring additional information should contact the Law Societys information services, tel: 0870 606 2555, between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, or e-mail: panels@lawsociety.org.co.uk
