Room without a view: Simmons & Simmons flaunted its arty new office space at a boozy bash last week.

Apart from the Damien Hirst-dominated, Festival of Britain-style restaurant, Obiter's eye was caught by a small neon sign - apparently by Tracy Emin - which reads 'Trust Me'.

Obiter also had an exclusive tour of the firm's new bedrooms.

Although they come with en suite bathrooms, the absence of windows is definitely a minus, but then the beds have not arrived yet - perhaps the firm has invested in a few creations like Ms Emin's 'My Bed' (left) to make hard-living lawyers feel at home.
