Following the correspondence on alternative approaches to law (see [2004] Gazette, 11 March, 14), surely the proposed supreme court, if it is ever created, should be sited in the Millennium Dome.
The circular architecture would take the edge off the adversarial system and the Spirit Zone could even be recon-structed to help witnesses fully understand the significance of the oath.
Even the Lord Chancellor would feel at home, should he continue to exist.
