The Law Society is seeking to appoint members to the new domestic human rights reference group.

The group will:

- Provide expert input into Law Society policy papers on domestic human rights;

- Consider proposals concerning domestic human rights with a view to identifying areas where the Society should be active;

- Provide expert advice on, and links to, potential partners on domestic human rights issues;

- Liaise with the international human rights committee and other committees if appropriate.

All applicants should have an active interest in law reform and changes in practice and procedure.

Applications are sought from practitioners with extensive knowledge and/or experience in domestic human rights law.

Applications are welcome from all those with the enthusiasm, expertise and time necessary, irrespective of sex, race, colour, age, sexuality, religion or disability.
