National firm Pinsents has rolled out the BigHand digital dictation system to 800 staff across six sites.

Other practices to have adopted the workflow system recently include Welsh firm Dolmans and City dispute resolution specialist Kennedys.

Reading firm Clarks has bought TFB's Partner for Windows practice and case management solution.

The firm has invested in ancillary modules including Partner Alert, an intelligent messaging system, and WebServer, an on-line case-tracking solution that will allow Clarks' clients access to up-to-date case information via the Web.

South-west London firm Stone Rowe Brewer is installing a Practice Manager/SolFile integrated accounts and case management solution from Solicitors Own Software (SOS).

The system will provide every member of staff with a generic case management system covering document production, e-mail integration, document scanning, automatic time recording and fully integrated accounts.

Shropshire firm Hatcher Rogerson has also signed a deal with SOS to install software throughout its three offices.

The firm's property department will also benefit from a specific automated workflow system for sale/purchase matters.

The Inland Revenue's Solicitor's Office has awarded Adeo Legal Technology a contract to provide its Summation iBlaze litigation support software to aid its prosecution work.

The software was developed to provide lawyers with a more efficient way to search, organise, analyse and build a case.

Doncaster firm Atherton Godfrey has selected Videss's Legal Office practice management system.

The firm will also implement Videss's document management system in all departments, followed by case management applications.
