Only 12% of adults intend to remember a charity in their will, according to research from financial services organisation Foresters. Cancer charities, followed by animal charities, are the most likely to be named.
Criminals currently get up to a third off their sentences if they plead guilty at the first opportunity.
UK profit falls by 5% to £59.8m.
Newly-qualified solicitors will now receive £68,000.
