New technology in the legal office by Nicholas Bellord [cassette tape review]

Once Byten – Twice Shy!If the heading means nothing to you read on… Future entrants to the profession are fortunate. Soon they will be taught to understand computers, what they can do, how they can be used, and will have no fear of them. For the rest – the cynical, the disenchanted or the plain disinterested – fear is no doubt born of ignorance. Just how unnecessary is this reservoir of suspicion and just how much a sensible use of technology in your office can achieve for you is explained on this tape. Nicholas Bellord, a partner in an average size firm, achieves a happy marriage between jargon, which is fast outstripping even that of lawyers, and sound practical advice on what machines can offer… ‘In’ terms such as compatibility, portability, time sharing, and megabytes are all clearly explained.
