Fraser Brown Solicitors, which opened its Lincoln office on Kingsley Office Park in June, has expanded its conveyancing team in the city by three. Anna Fussey, who has more than eight years of experience in the residential property sector, joins the firm as a residential conveyancing solicitor. She will be responsible for assisting Lincolnshire clients with the sale and purchases of properties and land, transfers of equity, new build developments, re-mortgages, tenancy agreements and other aspects of residential conveyancing.
Lincoln-based Georgie Lloyd joins the firm from Andrew & Co Solicitors as a legal assistant with more than five years of experience. Georgie will be responsible for providing administrative support to staff within the Lincoln office, arranging client appointments, assisting file handlers and dealing with agents.
Conveyancing assistant Kaine Anderson-Price, who has worked with Fraser Brown for three years at its Nottingham office, will be moving across to the new Lincoln office to manage b2b relations in the region and to develop relationships with existing and new contacts.
Wendy Hooley, partner in the conveyancing team at Fraser Brown, said: ’Following the successful opening of our Lincoln office earlier this year, we are now proud to be expanding our conveyancing team in the city.’
The Fraser Brown conveyancing team, which is the largest of its kind in the East Midlands, is made up of 33 professionals situated across the firm’s four offices across Nottinghamshire and Lincoln.
