To Cardiff, where Evesheds’ head of claims management Helen Molyneux moves to New Law as managing partner.
In Nottingham, commercial dispute resolution associate Mark Hacking is promoted to associate partner at Edwards Geldard.
Seven are promoted to partner at DWF. In Liverpool: Andrew Davies (construction), Jeanne Evans (insurance), Maria Burquest (dispute resolution), and Mark Poulston (pensions). In Manchester: Anita Gupta (property), David Astbury (dispute resolution) and Matthew Yates (head of the Manchester employment team).
Mark Broadhead, previously head of retail compliance at financial services company Royal London Group, joins Beachcroft Wansbroughs in Manchester to develop its financial services practice.

Over the Atlantic, Linklaters hires structured finance and derivatives partner Gary Barnett to its New York office from US firm Shearman & Sterling.
