A Nigerian law firm specialising in Africa’s technology industry has announced plans to set up in London as part of an ambitious international expansion. Lagos-based TLP Advisory said expansion will position the law firm as a conduit between the continent’s technology startups and leading investor markets. It is also opening in New York and Toronto.

TLP was established in 2014, originally under the name The Longe Practice. Its offerings include an online self-service platform, DIYLaw, which automates activities such as company registration, employee documentation and non-disclosure agreements.
