Moore & Tibbits Solicitors in Warwick has acquired Kenilworth and Rugby-based private client specialist Davidson Mahon in a merger that will create a firm with a headcount of 70. 

Davidson Mahon specialises in estate planning. Solicitors Kate Mahon, Sophie Wales, Caroline Bates, Helen Dodd and Sharon Eyre join the wills and probate team at Moore & Tibbits this month. 

Moore & Tibbits, which can trace its history back to 1833, offers a range of commercial and private client services. It is part of the QualitySolicitors network.
