It says it is AI driven but not autonomous. How does this differ from a lawyer using Co-pilot or even asking Google a question? This seems like a marketing ploy. Why is the SRA giving this particular firm this level of exposure? Why is it not acknowledging that other law firms are already doing what this one is doing and more? Is it fair that this firm gets an issued statement from the regulator about how novel and innovative it is particularly when the reality is that it is not. You cannot seriously be suggesting that Garfield AI is doing more than the case management systems we have out there or the tech the Magic Circle firms have introduced.
