You can't standardise a complaint response. When LeO was first set up, it was meant to take a 'broad brush' approach, but that soon fell by the wayside, as no one client and lawyer alike, wants to have their comments dismissed so a complaint can be dealt with in a one size fits all manner.

Each complaint is individual, and as lawyers you are encouraged to address each point, standardising will push clients in to a box and then LeO will have to deal with complaints that their complaints have not been addressed.

Forgive me @Tired, but I don't think a lawyers function is to make LeO's job easier by spoon feeding them to get to grips with 'substantive issues', they need to be able to see the wood for the trees
