Thanks for your patience, all. I've been engaged most of the day doing work, as this is not actually my job (unlike certain others).

I've always said these sorts of things will be determined by SCOTUS, so whilst my input and sense were clearly missed, there's not really much more to say.

I did like the 6-3 ruling in SCOTUS last week, though (presumably missed by our legal media - Weird), which curtails the authority of activist judges from imposing nationwide injunctions as they "likely exceed the equitable authority that Congress has given to Federal Courts".

I particularly liked Justice Coney Barrett's comments in response to the SCOTUS DEI hire, Justice Jackson's comments - "We will not dwell on Justice Jackson’s argument, which is at odds with more than two centuries’ worth of precedent, not to mention the Constitution itself.”

Mic drop moment, and I'm still not tired of winning.
