I recently dealt with a fairly acrimonious falling out between shareholders. My client subjected my every email, letter and advice to scrutiny by AI. AI frequently had a different approach or interpretation to my own. Not only did this knock my client's confidence in his solicitor it also caused me considerable extra work having to justify my every word and move. My client was invited to choose between me and AI. Sensibly he made the right choice. I do fear, however, that this experience is a taster of all our futures.......
